I cannot figure out why my code is not accepted: <button type="submit">Place Order</button>

The error I am getting states that I have not placed a button within the form tags, however this line of code is between the tags. The button does not appear on the preview and I'm at a loss as to why that is.

try having a - in between all your tags

Hi there, Jillian Anderson Slate ! First, you're doing terrific. Yes, your <button> is inside your <form> tags, but you forgot something very minor here. You started your <select> menu and put in the options, but you never closed it with </select>. Long story short: you're missing a </select>, but I will leave the placement of this up to you.
