2,054 PointsI am trying to change the Android background color to #fff092b0, and when I put it where it says white, it is wrong?
I am in the Build a Simple Android App section regarding changing background and text color. I am using copy/paste to switch out the where it says 'white' with the color code #fff092b0. I am not sure what else to do.
<RelativeLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="match_parent"
android:background="@android:color/white" >
<TextView
android:textColor="@android:color/white" >
android:id="@+id/textView1"
android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:layout_centerHorizontal="true"
android:layout_centerVertical="true"
android:text="Treehouse loves me!"
android:textSize="72sp" />
</RelativeLayout>

5,881 PointsYou have to replace the white value with the Hexadecimal code android:background="#fff092b0"
@android:color is not typically necessary when using hexadecimal values.
