I am running Xcode 7/ 6.3.2. Option+mouse hover is not showing measurements. Any help?

I am trying to use the feature of Xcode to see distance of objects measurement like Pasan demonstrate. For some reason in my system it ins't working. Hold Option key + hover the mouse does't do anything. Is it a special configuration to be done in custom settings of Xcode keyboard layout?
