You need to add a colspan="2" to a cell tag, like this:

<table>
      <thead>
        <tr>
          <th>Any1</th>
          <th>Any2</th>
        </tr>
      <tbody>
        <tr>
          <td>1</td>
          <td>2</td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <td colspan="2"></td>
        </tr>
      </tbody>
      </thead>
    </table>
