I am not sure why I am getting a syntax error on my 'else' command

Please check my code and advise where I am going wrong. I think its because I am unsure how to write an 'if false' command.

script.js
var isAdmin = false;
var isStudent = false;

if ( isAdmin === true ) {
    alert('Welcome administrator');
} else if (isStudent === true) {
    alert('Welcome student');
}
else (isAdmin) {
    alert('Who are you?');
}

Hi Aaron,

Else statement must not have a condition. The else block is what the script runs where none of the above conditions passed. If you want to use a condition replace it with another "else if" instead of "else".

Aaron Zipper, to refer to your code specifically, the line

else (isAdmin) {

cannot contain (isAdmin). Changing it to

else {

would make it valid JavaScript. Let us know if that solves your issue :)
