I am a young beginner student learning IOS development. My goal is to submit an app for WWDC by April 2017.

Please someone advice on which courses I should attempt to achieve my goal.

You should first finish the iOS track; then maybe pickup a few courses from the Design category, because you do need some design skills to make a beautiful UI for your app.
