I am a newbie here and couldn't understand the difference in web design and front end development courses

Also which one to start with?

There's probably some overlap in the courses, but conceptually "web design" is more about determining how a web site should look and operate, and "front end development" is more about turning the design ideas into an actual working web site.

There's also a potential overlap in job roles, many people are involved in both aspects of site creation.

The web design track offers html courses, css courses, and also design courses. Where as the Front end web development
track offers html, css, javascript, and jquery. There also may be a few development tools here and there for both tracks.
