I gave it a or and made it so that the day was friday, what is still wrong?
var money = 9;
var today = 'Friday'
if ( money >= 100 || today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time to go to the theater");
} else if ( money >= 50 || today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time for a movie and dinner");
} else if ( money > 10 || today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time for a movie");
} else if ( today === 'Friday' || money <= 10 ) {
alert("It's Friday, but I don't have enough money to go out");
} else {
alert("This isn't Friday. I need to stay home.");
}

4,452 PointsGood idea before, would like to add, not only in first one. I used this code:
var money = 9; var today = 'Friday'
if ( money >= 100 && today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time to go to the theater");
} else if ( money >= 50 && today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time for a movie and dinner");
} else if ( money > 10 && today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time for a movie");
} else if ( today === 'Friday' || money <= 10 ) {
alert("It's Friday, but I don't have enough money to go out");
} else {
alert("This isn't Friday. I need to stay home.");
}

13,736 PointsYour first conditional statement asks is money greater than or equal to 100 OR today equals Friday.
That statement is true since today is Friday and that's why "Time to go to the theater" is displayed.
Since you want to meet BOTH conditions, use &&
