Hueman theme isn't in WP repository as of now. http://goo.gl/p7H3Rc

Had to download it from http://alxmedia.se/themes/hueman/ and install it with what I learned from Best WordPress Themes http://goo.gl/cHbB7s

I was way off! Using the wordpress.COM free site, instead of hosting my own WP site. The wordpress.COM version is limited.
