HTML metadata for Safari compatability.

First of all, thanks for helping me out! Secondly, how do i ensure something i publish works on safari? That's the only browser this particular thing (a penguin pop up game) isn't working on. specifically on mobile devices. I was toying around with some projects, it's comprised of HTML & CSS. here's the link to try it out... i tried it out on edge(worked) , brave(worked), firefox(worked) and, safari(no luck). canman33.github.io/Pop-Up_Penguins
