Hello,
I can't seem to get my HTML and CSS to connect. Any help is appreciated!

I’m not spotting any syntax errors. Is it possible that resume.css
is not the correct file path or file name?
That path suggests that the appropriate css file is in the exact same folder/directory that the html file you’ve posted is in. If this is not the case (for example, if resume.css is in its on css directory which is in the same directory as the html file you’ve posted) then your path would need to be css/resume.css
.
If you have a repo you can provide the link to, it might be a bit easier to help you solve this bug.
