when im in the body an place <h1>text</h1> and press save then preview it does't separate title

I would recommend placing a <br> to create a line break. May or may not help : )

ex:

<h1> Hello World </h1> <br>

An "h1" is a block element with default margins, so it should always be set off from other text.
