Html and Css student. What is a good way to host my first webpage ?

I managed to create and run a few project from my local hard drive. What is the " go to " method to host a simple web page and publish it in the web.? (I have a google g suite account and a domain name registered with my firm - but there it seems to be predefined web-pages from templates that are on offer. )

I do not want any ads or similar stuff included in the deal ...

Thanks for all advice ( maybe there is a Treehouse course to adress these kinds of questions)

BR Peter.

The front end track seems to include a slide on hosting that suggests github pages, netlify, zeit or heroku. I don't know if these are only good ideas in specific circumstances. I had an idea a video (probably from a discontinued series) had mentioned asmallorange as cheapish hosting.
