how to size a screenshot

Zac talks about sizing a screenshot to be 600x450. I have screengrab from mozilla firefox, and as far as I know you can't edit the size of it. Does anyone know how to size a screenshot correctly without distorting the screenshot image? Thanks!

Hi Zachary,

You can use a free service such as http://www.picresize.com/ which is the first Google result I pulled up, upload your image and then use the crop tool to create an 600x450 image then save it and you're done.
