How to show window and viewport size at the bottom right of chrome?

Currently in the CSS Basics course where the instructor talks about supporting multiple devices/screen sizes. When the instructors resizes his chrome window, there's a widget that appears on the bottom right of the screen which shows the window and viewport size. How do I get that in Chrome? I've already installed the Window Resizer chrome extension but I can't get the widget to appear.

Try enabling the extension and/or restarting your browser. It should then show up for your whenever you resize your browser! :-)

I've made sure that the extension is enabled and have already restarted chrome. Yet I can't see the widget in the bottom corner. Any ideas? Is there any specific setting that I should look at?

Thanks.
