How to set the anchor tab to point to the top of the page.

I can not figure out how to do this. Please help.

This may work, but you'll want to get more consistent with your quote usage:

  <a name="pagetop"></a>
  <p>bla bla bla</p>
  <a href="#pagetop">Goto Top of Page</a>
</body>
