How to make transform a smooth motion?

I tried making the transform in my own testing html / css code. But when it hover, it rotate immediate, unlike the sample one in your tutorial which rotate in a smooth motion.

Did you add the "transition" property? With it you can change the duration of the transforming process. You define its value in seconds...

For example:

img:hover {
  transform: scale(2.5) rotate(360deg);
  transition: 5s;
}

That would be a reaaaallly slow rotation and growing... ;-)
