How to make content image slider on wordpress

I want to make a content image slider (am not sure if that the right name for it) like on the bottom of this page http://www.wme-ae.com/kaaki-hotel/

This function should allow me to put images with a light scroll arrow left and right (which appears when you hover over that picture) to scroll through other images.. and then revert back to original when you hover out of it

That site was built using the Enfold theme (https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990) It has two built in sliders.

If you don't want to buy the theme, you can look for free content slider plugins in the WordPress.org repository, eg. https://hu.wordpress.org/plugins/smooth-slider/
