How to get started with my Data Science Admissions Challenge

Hey there, I'm starting from scratch and they are asking me to Load the dataset as a pandas dataframe (hint: use the pandas read_csv method) Using Python and pandas, answer the following questions: What is the average number of goals for the home team? What is the average number of goals for the away team? Make a histogram of the number of total goals we can see in a game (hint: you need to create a new column for this) What is the home team’s win percentage? (hint: make a new variable that describes if the home team won. Exclude matches played in neutral venues). Which country has scored the most goals in FIFA events (qualifiers, cups, etc.) since 2010? Which country is most likely to win the next FIFA event? Use the dataset and any method you like to build a convincing argument.

It's a dataset about FIFA matches throughout the history but I don't know understand anything... I can't even load the dataset as a pandas dataframe
