I couldn't get why this code is not working.
from dice import D6
class Hand(list):
def __init__(self, size=0, die_class=None, *args, **kwargs):
if not die_class:
raise ValueError("You must provide a die class")
super().__init__()
for _ in range(size):
self.append(die_class())
self.sort()
def _by_value(self, value):
dice = []
for die in self:
if die == value:
dice.append(die)
return dice
class CapitalismHand(Hand):
def __init__(self):
super().__init__(size = 2, die_class = D6)

"Giving" away the correct code is frowned upon in the Community, as it does not foster any type of learning. Code that is not accompanied by a detailed explanation of why it is correct and / or what the Student asking the question did wrong will be deleted by Moderators.

Treehouse Moderator 68,453 PointsIn adding code for Task 2, you have apparently modified the doubles
method. This is not necessary. The challenge mentions wanting to reroll in the the case of getting doubles, but it doesn't want the code to explicitly call reroll
when doubles are detected by the doubles
method. Return your previously passing doubles
code should solve the challenge.
