How to create a style.css for child theme?

I have created a folder twentythirteen-child in the themes folder however I am unsure how to create or where to copy a style css sheet from.

Hi Nathan,

Inside your child theme folder, create a style.css file.

Then add this code inside, remember to set the details correctly.

 Description:  Theme Description
 Author:       The Author
 Template:     Parent theme name - twentythirteen in your case
 Version:      1.0.0
 Tags:         
 Text Domain:  name of the folder
