how to convert a var to uppercase

app.js
let firstName = ("Chukwuebuka");
let lastName = ("Dimgba");
let role = "developer";
let msg = (firstName + ' ' + lastName + ':' + role + '.');
let msg = role.toUpperCase();

You have two lines that start with let msg =, so the second one is a SyntaxError: redeclaration of let msg. If you replace your second let msg with msg, your code will run. The value of msg at the end of your code would be the value of role.toUpperCase(), which is DEVELOPER. If instead you want firstName and lastName to be in your msg, you could try msg = (firstName + ' ' + lastName + ':' + role.toUpperCase() + '.');
