In a recent video the string 'apple' was greater than the string 'bear' because A comes before B. What has changed here with this quiz scenario?

Which reads lion great than zebra which would be false -> The reason is that strings are compared based on their ASCII codes - and the letters that come first in the alphabet have lower ASCII codes. If you do a quick search for ASCII code tables you can check it out.
