how I can do to make a form to be sent appear posted in wordsspress

i would like to make a comunity that everyone can donate their things if they do not need it

Might need some clarification but it sounds like you want logged in users to be able to submit posts to your site for everyone to see?

If you are looking for the ability to get feedback, comments and replies to these posts I would consider setting up bbPress (Forums) or BuddyPress (Social Media Platform).

You could potentially allow anyone who hit the site to submit a form that was a post but there are security and spam considerations there.
