There are a couple of ways to bold text.

Preferred: If you have learned about css and have a class called "bold" that bolds the text you could do: <p class="bold">Bold</p>

If not you can use strong <strong>bold text</strong>

You may also see<b>Bold</b> on the web, but this is deprecated, and not recommended.
