HTML Introduction to HTML and CSS (2016) Getting Familiar with HTML and CSS Test: Changing the Look of a Web Page

How do I make the <h1> purple?

How should it look? I can't seem to get it right and the hints are getting less and less helpful as I learn.

index.html
<!doctype html>
<html>
  <head>
    <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet">
  </head>
  <body>

    <h1>{
      color:purple
      } Welcome to My Web Page!</h1>

  </body>
</html>
styles.css

Wait I got it. Silly me...I wasn't in CSS lol

One way to make the h1 tag purple is by putting style tags in the body and writing CSS inside those style tags:

<style>
  h1 {
    color: purple;
  }
</style>

I hope this helps!
