Hi,

Not sure as that link directs to a 404.

However, there are multiple ways this could be done. You could create a custom post type and create a template and call it. You could set them up to pull widgets, you could hard code them ( could not advise but it is an option), you could make them within the content area etc.

There are more ways to do this but without seeing the example a bit hard to see the best way to do so.
