System.out.println("we are making a new pez dispenser");
System.out.printf("FUN FACT: there are %d Pez allowed in every dispenser%n",
           PezDispenser.MAX_PEZ);
PezDispenser dispenser = new PezDispenser ("Hisoka");
System.out.printf ("the Dispenser is %s %n",

    if (dispenser.isEmpty()) {
      System.out.println ("Dispenser is empty");
    }
    System.out.println("Filling the despenser with the good stuff...");

It's hard to tell with the unformatted code, but this error is typically caused by unmatched parentheses or brackets.

And to format posted code for easy reading, use the instructions for code formatting in the Markdown Cheatsheet pop-up below the "Add an Answer" area. :arrow_heading_down:   Or watch this video on code formatting.

Thanks for the formatting tip, I feel like all my parentheses| brackets are in the right place tho.

Now that it's formatted, it looks like neither the open parenthesis or open brace on the top line have closing counterparts.
