How do I Add a label above the radio button group that says "Shirt Size:"

I put in <label>Shirt Size:</label>

but it's not working

The instructions said to add the new code "After the select menu". But the code above was added inside the select menu instead, which is not proper syntax.

A "select" element should only contain "option" (and maybe "optgroup") elements.
