How can I start my business or my first work for someone?

How can I find some work to do, or how can I start a small business to do just some small incomes. I know HTML, CSS some PHP and a little JS. I want a motivation for me and I job would be more than perfect for my motivation.

You're best bet at finding some work todo is to start by building something for friends and family. It might not be a great deal of money, if any, but you will get some experience but most importantly, you'll have projects to add to your portfolio.

Chyno, are you saying employers won't respect a portfolio site as much if it's created with Wordpress? I've wondered about that?

Not at all, but from personal experience it varied from company to company. I've applied to companies that ONLY designed websites with WordPress and wanted to see sites designed with WordPress and companies that have created software from the ground up and where only interested in specific knowledge and experiences but each one cared about something different.

But either way, you should always study the companies you apply to anyway. Learn what they do, how they operate and understand the tools they use on a daily bases and tailor your resume to their needs regardless if you are qualified or not.
