Hi Mohammed, You can call you host company and have them help you. I know you can't do this from WordPress ad-min. I do think it's possible to transfer.

Wordpress is not a domain hosting company. But it does live in your hosting services FTP. I'm sure there is a video in this track on how to backup and move wordpress to a new domain. Or you could just watch the video on how to move Wordpress from a localhost to an online server. The process would be mostly the same.
