Hi. I just don´t know where to put the # symbol.

It asks me to place a "#" Symbol between "Id" and "lastName". I have not figured it out.

Thanks for the help

Hi Daniel M,

There's a bug of sorts in this challenge. The first challenge asks you to uppercase the id, but doesn't enforce that.

I'm going to report the bug, but in the meantime, this worked for me:

var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";

var userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#" + lastName.toUpperCase();
