5,039 PointsHi. I am trying to convert the string stored in role to upper case letters. What I am I doing wrong?
let firstName = 'Greg';
let lastName = 'Khmara';
let role = 'developer';
let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ':' + role.toUpperCase() + '.';

20,883 PointsTry this:
let firstName = 'Greg';
let lastName = 'Khmara';
let role = 'developer';
let msg = `${firstName} ${lastName}: ${role.toUpperCase()}`;
way cleaner.

5,039 PointsThe issue seems to have resolved itself. I tried the same answer a second time the next day and it worked. I'm not sure why.
