You are on the right track with the addition of 5 to $integerOne. Just add a semi-colon and that line will work.
For the subtraction you do just like you did with the addition but change the sign to subtraction and the number to "1":

$integerOne = 1;
$integerTwo = 2;
$floatOne = 1.5;
$integerOne +=5;
$integerTwo -=1;
