blue is intended to be a string, so it should be in quotation marks when declaring it:

favorite_color = "blue"

To print this out, do a print statement and use the plus sign for string concatenation, you can add spaces before the ending quotation mark or after the beginning quotation mark to add spaces.

print("text you want to print" + variable + "more text to print")
