Help me out here please

How am I supposed to make sure that the items are still added to the slot

inventory.py 
class Inventory:
    def __init__(self):
        self.slots = []

    def add_item(self, item):
        self.slots.append(item)

class SortedInventory(Inventory):
    def add_item(self, item):
        super().add_items(item)

You are so close. There is a typo:

# should be
        super().add_item(item)
# not
        super().add_items(item)
