Help ! It's true & false and I can't find the right answer. Thank you!

The code without the ! symbol in the equality symbol from the last else if condition results in a positive order, still the code won't result correctly for the challenge to be completed. Thank you for the reasonable understanding.

In the challenge you're asked to test the 'money' AND 'today' variable in your conditional statement with multiple clauses. First thing to do is change all the 'or' operators(||) to 'and' operators(&&). Then add a test(to the pre-existing money test) in the last else-if clause which results true for the two tests and runs that code block.
