Help!! API, JavaScript

I don't know anything about API's, Hosting and JavaScript Mask or whatever the phone number formatting was and I am not getting it where are we going its just a simple form why it is sounding very different from whatever we were taught. Should I continue with it the way I know, or should I look up for some videos about API, JavaScript and hosting because if I see I did not understand half of it ? We will learn about this API, JavaScript Masks after too right? And Most importantly what are we trying to do because this same thing we did in the previous course videos about form, what we did differently for the Accessibility. Please help i am bit confused

Hey karan Badhwar ,

I wouldn't worry about these things at this point in the Techdegree and just do your best to follow along with the videos / tasks. You're not expected to know about these things that we haven't taught you yet. You will learn about APIs soon though :smiley:
