Hello, What is the difference between a "tag" and an "element?" It seems that the two terms are used interchangeably.

Someone else asked this question in another treehouse forum but I didn't quite understand the answer. All I understood was that the element is whats inside the tag. An elaboration would be appreciated. Thank you

Sorry for the late reply, but an element is an actual thing, such as a paragraph (p), image (img) and so on. The tag is what you use to wrap the element so that it works and can be read in the html language.
