hello so my index.html fill was deleted by accident how can i get it back plz guys i dont wanna do the worl all again

Unless you took a snapshot of your workspace there is no way that I am aware of to get back a deleted file. I would try opening a support ticket here https://teamtreehouse.com/support and see if they can get it back for you.
