HTML HTML Basics Going Further with HTML Email Links and Entities Challenge

hello, Im putting in correct email address but saying its not formatted.

Set the "contact" link to begin composing an email in the user's default email program when clicked. You may use any email address, as long as it's formatted correctly.

All you have to do inside the "mailto:" is put another email inside and you should pass for example:

    <p>Contact me at <a href="mailto:example@gmail.com">example@gmail.com</a></p>

Joe is correct. What you currently have will only display your email on your webpage. Add Joe's suggestion and you should be good.
