In your code firstName, lastName, and role are variables which contain strings. To output these strings you just need to use the variable name without the single quotes (' '), using single quotes around your variables will convert them to strings.
So, to output your message, write the code as follows:
let msg = firstName + lastName + role
Above will output TomPollackdeveloper (notice there are no spaces), to output your message with space you can type space between quotes like this ' '
let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ' ' + role
This will output Tom Pollack developer
