I just dont understand how to do this part. Could i please get some help. Having a hard time over here.

    if product_ideas < 3:
        raise ValueError("Needs to be more than 3 characters long")

you need to make sure that the length of your string, product_idea, is less than 3: if len(product_idea) < 3:

You are close. You need to check the number of characters in product_idea by using the len function.

def suggest(product_idea):
    if len(product_idea) < 3:
        raise ValueError("Needs to be more than 3 characters long")
    return product_idea + "inator"
