4,725 PointsHaving trouble with this challenge
When I wrote this in Xcode it worked fine, but the Treehouse code challenge tells me that it's wrong and to check the output for errors, but I don't see any errors. What am I doing wrong?
struct RGBColor {
    let red: Double
    let green: Double
    let blue: Double
    let alpha: Double
    let description: String
    // Add your code below
    init(r: Double, g: Double, b: Double, a: Double, d: String) {
        self.red = r
        self.green = g
        self.blue = b
        self.alpha = a
        self.description = "red: \(red), green: \(green), blue \(blue), alpha: \(alpha)"
    }
    func colorString() -> String {
        let description = "red: \(red), green: \(green), blue \(blue), alpha: \(alpha)"
        return description
    }
}
let color1 = RGBColor(r: 86.0, g: 191.0, b: 131.0, a: 1.0, d: "")
let colorDescription = color1.colorString()

13,515 PointsHey, I think you're going a bit beyond what this specific challenge is asking. There are a few issues with your custom initializer method.
struct RGBColor {
  let red: Double
  let green: Double
  let blue: Double
  let alpha: Double
  let description: String
  // Add your code below
  init(red: Double, green: Double, blue: Double, alpha: Double) {
    self.red = red
    self.green = green
    self.blue = blue
    self.alpha = alpha
    self.description = "red: \(self.red), green: \(self.green), blue: \(self.blue), alpha: \(self.alpha)"
    }
}

4,725 PointsThanks! I was forgetting the self. in the description when using string interpolation.
