HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Add Image Gallery Content

Having major issues downloading the img files.

Every time I tried to download files it would generate tons of new empty tabs across the top of my screen until I had to shut down pc to get it to stop. Refreshed my browser and that helped but now it is saying Windows does not recognize file. It's not allowing me to drag the files where they need to be on the program, Any suggestions or tips on how I can get this to work. Very frustrating since the time spent I could have completed the program. Thanks!

Thanks! I did reset browser and it helped. Still will not properly down load files so I am going to try a new browser and see if that remedies the situation. Thanks for your time

I think : should reset browser, some times it happens but i dont know the actual cause.
