The exception method is returning that 'praise' is not defined. Not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong.
class Student:
name = "Your Name"
def praise(self):
return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)
def reassurance(self):
return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)
def feedback(self, grade):
if grade > 50:
return(praise.self)
return(reassurance.self)

33,586 PointsThe problem are your return values on the feedback method. You will want to call the methods of the class that you are working with via self.method_call() Hope this helps.

18,814 PointsYou've got the right idea, just remember that methods are similar to functions - and you always want to call the method on the object. So self.method() would get you on the right track here.
In this case, it's pretty simple. But a good reference for when you get stuck with more complicated function errors (many of which apply to methods as well) is this O'Reilly Function Gotchas page. I found it really helpful starting out.
