It may have been covered but I don't recall. It certainly is an indispensable component to working with regular expressions. If it hasn't been covered, will there be a continuation course on Python's regex implementation at some point in the future? Thank you.

Treehouse Guest Teacher.sub()
and .split()
are both mentioned in the email that you get for completing the badge.
As for a future regex course, I don't know if there'll be one. There isn't much to cover, that wasn't covered in this one, that is still useful to most developers.
