So you have a few things going on here to address. First you could have entered your border style into your .main-pg class if you are targeting that paragraph but maybe not every paragraph on the page. What you have will target every p tag on your html page. Either way is fine depending on what your trying to accomplish.

On to the code. It looks like you left out some style words, see below:

p { border-width: 4px; border-style: solid; border-color: red; }

If you wanted to use the shorthand style it would look like this:

p { border: 4px solid red; /* Compare with the above and you can see the order in which to declare in the shorthand */ }
