Git clone - Error message of please make sure of correct access rights

Hi whenever i try to clone one of the repository through git bash its is showing me the following message:- fatal: could not read from remote repository. make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.

Pls, help.

Make sure you are initializing the current directory where you want to clone the repo to before trying to clone it. Hint. git init

if you try to do that from git bash at windows then don't work ... i do this from windows command prompt ... you can execute this command from windows command line and then continue from git bash :)
