available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(";")

Treehouse Moderator 68,457 PointsAlmost all of the forum moderators are volunteers and while we may be geographically dispersed, coverage can be hit our miss. A response time of a few hours is fairly quick. Some questions can take a day or two to get a response depending on the question complexity and whose available. There are no assigned coverage times or days. Thank you for your understanding!!

Treehouse Moderator 68,457 PointsLet's break down Task 3
- Combine the sundaes list into a new variable named
display_menu
, where each item in the list is rejoined together by a comma and a space (", ").
# using join
display_menu = ", ".join(sundaes)
- Then reassign the menu variable to use the existing variable and .format() to replace the placeholder with the new string in display_menu.
menu = menu.format(display_menu)
Hope this helps. Post back if you need more help. Good luck!
